Not a good service at all. Online support was no help. I inadvertently entered my son's year of birth incorrectly and it cost me $1,000. There were no checks and balances. The online support told me that I didn't qualify even though my son is 11 and I qualified last year. He said the tax laws have changed. The Santa Barbara bank they use told me my check was released on Feb 14th, and would take 5 days to get to my account. After 5 days of nothing, I recontacted them and they said they had trouble and they had mailed it out. Today is February 23 and I still don't have my refund check. I will never use Tax Brain again.
