Review:
I have the same complaints as some of the others, very poor customer service. I cannot believe that there is not a phone number to call. I sent e-mails to the Support Center and both times I received pre-typed, generic e-mails that did not help me at all. I do not like being taken advantage of, so I filed a complaint with the BBB against them. According to the BBB, freetaxusa has an excellent rating. I would recommend that if you are not satisified with the service that you also file a complaint with the BBB, because if we don't, then freetaxusa will continue business as they are now and nothing will change. I will not be recommending freetaxusa to anyone and would encourage people to use the free filing service provided by the IRS directly. I wish I would have done that first and saved myself alot of hassle. frustrated customer |
