Review:
The questions they ask are very vague and they don't give good instructions as to what qualifies for many of the questions asked. Seems a little misleading and I could see many people getting a larger refund than they truly deserve just because the website lets them get away with it. Although easy to enter info than many other tax softwares I have used, I think it is too simplistic and doesn't spell out what qualifies. For example, when I was entering my education expenses it does not specify that you are to include employer reimbursed education expenses under tax-free scholarships. (Any lay person may not know to include that--I had to look it up on the IRS website to be sure myself). Jennifer M. |
