Review:
I used TaxAct last year after many years with TurboTax & was quite pleased with the ease of efiling; received my refunds direct deposit with no problems.
This year, it's a different story. No problem on the online program all the way to printing. I didn't efile the state as I owed so I wanted to print a copy to mail. The pdf is so large it won't fit on the page & nothing I do on my end will correct it. I have been through all of their faq's & instructions & nothing covers this. I also cannot find a way to contact them. I did include it in my review suggestions at the end but did not hear from them. If they had a 'contact us' feature, this would not have been such a headache. I almost feel that they don't want you to contact them. Take the money & run. I may be looking elsewhere next year if I can't get this problem resolved. Phyllis Towns |
