Review:

If you have a investment in a partnership, and it is held in an IRA, the script for the Form K-1 does not ask if it is held in an IRA, so you will pay tax on its taxable amount twice, since the 1099 you receive from your broker has that value included.  I made them aware of it last year, and have had no reply from them.  I don't know if they fixed the problem, because they have not responded.
