Review:
I have used Tax Cut for years. The application installed fine on my Vista box and I receive updates fine. Problem comes in when ready to efile. No errors on the return, submit the return, transmits fine, then Bang! Returned with error code 30-FD-8432. No explanation other than to look through all the forms and resend. I did it 3 times with the same problem. Contacted H&R Block, no help. Posted question on their website, and no answer. Looks like others had the same problem. I checked and rechecked, then just printed it out and sent it in. What a pain. I'm very disappointed since Tax Cut has always been such a great product. RA |
