Do not use this service. Thousands of 2009 returns were diverted to the wrong bank because taxbrain gave out the wrong routing numbers to the irs. They didn't update thier software after knowing that sbbt would not be doing business with repbulic bank. Now thousands of peoples ssn, address, banking information, etc. Has been sent to a company that taxbrain has no affiliation with. Taxbrain knew about this information on january 16 and 17th and tried to resend the tax returns again but of course they were rejected, but they never said a word to thier users. We had to wait until we were expecting our refunds and stay on the phone for hours with the irs/taxbrain and sbbt to find out the truth. Do not use this service. Jeanine |
