I recently filed my 2009 income through Taxact. I have filed with them in the past but, My Aunt filed 1 week later than I did and she received her money already and I'm still waiting for my refund. I called the customer service number to ask what is the delay and the Rep couldn't tell me anything, I knew more information about my refund then she did.
