I was leary about using a service that was supposed to be free for people with incomes under a certain level. They were one of many sites recommended by the IRS. I had started with a different company and was very unhappy with them so I switched to FreeTaxUsa. I could not be happier. It was easy, they answered my questions promptly and my refund was deposited into the bank in 10 days. It was only 9.95 to have my state taxes done. They were a lot easier to use and way less expensive to use than turbo tax. They got me a way bigger refund than turbo tax would have.
