Son used it for the first time and requested direct deposit to his checking account. TaxAct ignored his routing and account info (which was correct)and issued an Endeavor card. No one can/will tell us why. Each time we call Endeavor services to find out where the card is they say it was mailed yesterday. How many times can it be mailed? We have talked to the IRS they suggested filing a fraud report. Endeavor card services and TaxAct claim to not know what is going on. Told "No supervisors available, send and e-mail". HA! Smacks of fraud on the part of TaxAct.
