When my return did not show up I contacted the IRS. I was told my refund had been completed about a month ago. TaxACT had deposited it into a debit card I had not signed up for and would cost me $2.00 per usage and a $15.95 fee to activate. Basically you need to watch every detail if you use this company because they have underhanded intentions.
