Can't print prior year's IRS form after paying $4.95, no response to complaint. Current year calculation incorrect, and inaccessible help source.

It was OK for filing the federal return, but for two years now it has not been possible to file the Massachusetts state tax return. Taxslayer advertises the Massachusetts state return can be filed with their program. However, when the state return prints out there is no circuit breaker credit. This is a $900 credit for people over 65. There is no place to input the credit. If an uninformed taxpayer uses Taxslayer and depends on their expertise they are deprived of $900. Taxslayer is aware of this problem and does nothing to correct it.

This is a great software. Would recommend Taxslayer to anyone. I will definitely use in years to come.
