Horrible website for taxes.  Misleading information as to payment which led to no payment to IRS at all after taking all of my credit card information only to not use it for anything (I must be in a bad dream).  Customer service is non existent... had to send multiple threads to make a complaint... and was responded to with very derogatory and rude responses.  Would have given this website a zero (0) star rating if I could have.

Terrible customer service, no call in number - so when I actually did have a complaint had to do so through email, and through multiple threads because there is no reply option for emails. The web site seems to be broken or poorly designed when using Safari (or at least that is the browser that I was using) and does not allow you to move from section to section on the federal return like other sites do. You must click all the way through all of the sections of the return each time you sign in to get back to where you left off. 

They have a lot of work to do - and considering how terrible their feedback system is - don't think they are set up for success in improvements. 

Yes, it's simple to use, but they tack on extra downoad fees and other annoying charges that can make it somewhat pricy. Overall it is simply not worth it. Spend a little extra time and save your money.

I've used ezTaxReturn.com for several years and love it. Every couple of years, I look around for other cheap/free online services just to see if anything better has come along. That's how I found this review site. When I try other sites/services, I always come back to ezTaxReturn.com. It's easy, especially with the info it retains year to year. I file both federal and state jointly and itemize, but other than that, nothing else too complicated. The few times I've had questions, the support has been great. Try it, you won't regret it!
